Bondada Engineering Limited (BEL) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bryanston Renewables FZCO, Dubai, UAE, for the development of green-powered data centres in India and select international markets.
This MOU establishes a framework for joint development of Data Centres and ready to develop/deploy Data Centre project packages powered by green energy for domestic and international Investors/Data Centre Operators (DCO’s).
Sharing the strategic rationale the company said its India’s digital economy continues to witness strong structural growth, supported by policy initiatives announced in the Union Budget 2026. including:
• Accelerated expansion of digital infrastructure
• Incentives for energy-efficient and green data centres
• Promotion of domestic data storage capacity
• Encouragement of renewable-powered digital ecosystems
With strong foot print in Infrastructure, Telecomm Networking, Solar Energy, BESS and Data Centre MEP areas, BEL is strategically poised to align its long-term objectives with the vision of Government of India in the Data Centre space.
This collaboration marks BEL’s strategic entry into the rapidly expanding digital infrastructure segment and reinforces its commitment to delivering sustainable, green-powered infrastructure solutions aligned with India’s evolving digital and energy transition landscape.
